How long does registration take?
About 3 minutes. Just fill the basic form, upload your trade license/RERA cert (if applicable) and you're in. Approval is usually within 24 hours.
When do I get my commission?
Each booking creates a tranche schedule. The first tranche (typically 50%) is released within 7 days of SPA signing. Subsequent tranches follow buyer milestones.
Can I request physical marketing material?
Yes. Brochures, standees, flyers — anything in our catalog can be couriered to your address worldwide. Digital material is delivered via email or WhatsApp instantly.
Do I need a RERA license?
Only if you're operating in the UAE. International partners only need a valid business registration / individual KYC.
What's the difference between Default & VIP tiers?
All partners see default inventory. Premium/VIP partners get access to exclusive properties + 1-2% bonus commissions on selected developments.
